Vivek Atray, ex-IAS, is a Motivational-Leadership Speaker and Mentor, Author, Advisor, Columnist and Visiting Professor. He resigned from the Indian Administrative Service in 2017.

Professional Journey
As an IAS officer, Vivek Atray served in several important positions including Director IT and Tourism, District Commissioner of Panchkula, Director Industries, Director Tourism, Director Technical Education and Director Public Relations.
As Director IT and Tourism, he successfully promoted the Union Territory of Chandigarh for investment and tourism. He was the man behind the Chandigarh IT Park and spearheaded the award-winning e-SAMPARK project. He was quoted by The New York Times and The Observer of UK during this period.
As District Commissioner of Panchkula, he initiated projects such as Village Mentoring and Aadar Samman, focused on respect for the elderly.

He has spoken at organisations and events including Infosys, SBI, Bank of Maharashtra, Axis Bank, Trident, Schindler, BHEL and NTPC.

Col Daljeet Cheema
Col Daljeet Cheema was a second year student of IIT Kanpur when he joined IMA Dehradun and served Indian Army with distinction for 31 years before seeking premature retirement to pursue his passion of teaching, writing and mentoring.
He is a post-graduate in Management and Engineering and has been associated with management education as regular, part time and guest faculty for MBA programs.
He has taught MBA programs in Punjab University and many other universities and institutions. He was the principal of prestigious Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Dayanand College of Communication and Management.
He also served as Director Professional Studies at DAV College, Chandigarh and worked as Peer Member of NAAC for inspection of postgraduate colleges.
